The new Valco Ion is a great option when wanting to find a compact travel system. The Ion is very lightweight at only 18 lbs, has a very easy fold and large basket and sun canopy. It's a great stroller for traveling. Awesome comes in a side by side double version.

can you still access the basket if the back seat is fully reclined?

Great question, yes you can still access it. The frame around the basket is flexible on the top so you can lower the top part and fit anything you need into the basket. Very cool design for the basket and it’s a great size.
